Safety, Privacy & Doctrine

Our Statement of Faith, protecting minors, reporting & moderation, and how your data is secured.

Our Statement of Faith

Christ Everywhere is anchored to an eleven-point Statement of Faith, each point grounded in Scripture — the Holy Scriptures (2 Tim 3:16), the Trinity (Matt 28:19), Jesus Christ, Salvation by grace through faith (Eph 2:8), the Holy Spirit (John 14:26), the Fall of Man (Rom 3:23), Eternal Security (John 10:28), the Church (1 Cor 12:13), Baptism & Communion, the Second Coming (1 Thess 4:16–17), and the Eternal State (John 5:28–29).

Every member affirms this statement at sign-up. Read it in full any time at christeverywhere.org/faith.

Protecting minors

  • Under 13 — accounts cannot be created (COPPA).
  • 13–17 — the app detects minors from date of birth and requires a parent or guardian to complete a consent workflow before participation.
  • Coming next — a parental-controls dashboard for ongoing oversight of a minor's account.

Reporting & moderation

Trust is layered:

  1. You report — every post, prayer, comment, and listing has a report option.
  2. AI screens — automated moderation flags concerning content for review.
  3. Humans decide — admins review reports and take measured action (approve, remove, warn, suspend), with audit logs.

Your data & security

  • Encryption — all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); data is encrypted at rest.
  • Isolation — row-level security keeps each community's data separate at the database layer.
  • Authentication — secure JWT sessions with optional MFA.
  • No ads, no data selling — your spiritual life is not a product.
