Roles & permissions at a glance

Christ Everywhere uses scope-aware roles — each leader governs only what they own:

Roles are assigned by a Super Admin from Admin → User Management.

Community Admin guide

  • Shape your community — edit its profile, manage its groups, and welcome members.
  • Moderate in scope — review reported posts and prayers inside your community.
  • Grow leadership — recommend members for group-admin roles.

Group Admin guide

  • Approvals — admit members via join requests.
  • Invitations — invite community members into the group.
  • Structure — create subgroups for teams within your group.
  • Succession — transfer ownership when leadership changes.

Super Admin dashboard

Platform administrators operate Christ Everywhere from the Admin Panel — a dedicated back office.

User management

Search and review all users; open a user to see their communities, groups, activity, and roles; assign or revoke community_admin / group_admin roles; suspend, unsuspend, or deactivate accounts; export user lists; create users directly.

Moderation queues

  • Content Reports / Moderation — review reported posts and prayers; approve, remove, or act in bulk. Every action is audit-logged.
  • Flagged Users — review flagged accounts and respond with a warning, suspension, removal, or no action.

Community requests

  1. Open Community Requests — pending requests list with requester and date.
  2. Review and Approve (creates the community / adds the member, with optional review notes) or Reject with a reason.

Bible content management

Manage Translations (add, activate, upload via drag-and-drop), Audio files and storage, Commentaries, and Bible Plans — all from the Bible section of the admin sidebar.

Everything else

Communities, Groups, Events, Posts, Prayers, and Media management pages give full oversight; the Dashboard shows platform statistics at a glance.
